Studio Policies:

Entrances
Cycling, Yoga and Pilates attendees will now enter through the front door. If your class starts with cycling, use the front door. The side door will continue to be used for Strength Training.

Front Door & Late Arrivals
The front door will now be locked at the beginning of each class. Late arrivals may not be able to get in. This is for the safety of our members and their belongings as well as limiting class disruptions from late arrivals.

Cell Phones
Cell phones are to be left outside the cycling and yoga rooms. In the strength training space, please leave them in the cubbies. We understand that we have some members who are often on call. Please let your instructor know at the beginning of class if this is the case. Class time is a great time to disconnect and have time just for you. For some people, class time is their only “me time” so let’s respect that by limiting distractions for those around you.

Sweat Towels
Sweat towels are a requirement and are your responsibility to bring. A large mat size towel is required for hot yoga. Our new floors will get slippery when covered in sweat. Please consider your safety and the safety of those around you. We are moving away from the use of our cleaning towels and will now be using one time use wipes. If you were in the habit of using the blue cleaning towels as sweat towels, they are no longer available and have been replaced with one time use wipes.

Shoes
Please wear clean shoes to the studio. We have had issues, especially in the fall, winter and spring months with mud being tracked inside, foot prints throughout the space and piles left under bikes. Let’s commit to self-awareness and be sure that those dirty/muddy sneakers are reserved for the outdoors. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you try to take class with dirty shoes on.

Late Cancel and No Shows
The late cancel window is 4 hours prior to class time. This is gracious as a studio standard is typically 12 hours or more. There are three ways to prevent charges. 1. Don’t sign up if you’re not sure you can attend. 2. Commit to going to the classes you’re signed up for. 3. If you have to cancel- do it early!

  • 10 Class Pack and Single class purchases: if you late cancel or are a no show, the class will NOT be credited to your account. You are charged as if you attended.
  • Monthly and Yearly Members: if you late cancel or no show, you will be charged a $10 fee*. Please be mindful of your ability to schedule out through the duration of your membership and only sign up for the classes you can attend. *Fee will be processed at the end of the month for all instances from that month.

Refunds
We do not process refunds. Any purchases made in error will be credited to your account for future use. If you early cancel using a single class or class pack, a class credit will be applied to your account.

Extensions
Choose your booking option carefully. No holds or extensions will be processed for unused classes. Valid duration periods are listed below:

  • First Class Special: valid 7 days from date of purchase
  • Single Class: valid 30 days from date of purchase
  • 10 Class Pack: valid 4 months from date of purchase
  • Monthly membership: valid 1 month from date of purchase

What to Bring
Bring your own water, sweat towel and yoga mat (yoga & Pilates). Bottled water is available for $1. Extra mats are available on a first come first serve basis. We do not have extra sweat towels.

Drop-Ins
Class space is limited. Online registration is strongly encouraged. Without pre-registering you may be turned away from class. Online registration can be done via the View and Book Classes tab of this website. You can also find us on the MindBody app. First class special pricing is only valid when pre-registering. Any studio drop ins will be charged the standard $15.
